Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie

- Chicken breast or thighs
- biscuits
- cream of chicken
- frozen mixed vegetables
- salt and pepper

Ingredients

Directions

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.

STEP 2
Cook chicken and shred it.

STEP 3
Add in frozen vegetables, cream of chicken, salt and pepper and mix well.

STEP 4
Pour into a greased baking dish.

STEP 5
Top with whole or chopped up biscuits.

STEP 6
Bake in over at 400°F for 40 minutes.
